San Benito Strength is a private training facility for men seeking to attain optimal levels of strength, athletic performance, and health. Most of today’s gyms pride themselves on being “inclusive” and for everyone. San Benito Strength however, is an exclusive gym for only those who are committed to constant personal growth and self-improvement. If you are a man and would like to honor your inner warrior spirit by becoming the strongest version of yourself, physically and mentally, then San Benito Strength is the gym for you. We have training programs that serve competitive athletes at all levels, business owners, husbands/fathers, law enforcement officers, weekend warriors, and men of all ages who share in common the pursuit of excellence in life.

After scheduling and completing your FREE introductory workout, we require a minimum of 3 scheduled one on one sessions with an SBS coach. These private sessions cover our 'Primal Patterns' curricula and serve as a great introduction to the principles of our gym. After this time, if invited to join the gym, we require a 3 month minimum commitment to our programs. Building true strength is a process, not a one time event, so we do not offer single sessions or classes.

Physical attributes or genetics possessed by an applicant are not considered when selecting members. San Benito Strength is not just for the naturally strong, but also for the weak; to make them strong. We accept members of all strengths and sizes. Work ethic, attitude, focus, and commitment are all considered when selecting new members.

Membership Includes:

  • Personalized coaching during team training hours. 

  • Programming for up to 4x/week.

  • Unlimited access to the gym 7 days a week (great for extra workouts and for those with busy schedules).

  • Nutritional guidance.

  • Supplement guidance and instruction (based on individual assessment)
